Snapchat has announced that its annual Snapchat recap will be available internationally beginning tomorrow, December 13. Each review will provide users with a look back on the year by categorizing their Snaps, such as “Beach, Please,” which will feature images recorded of the ocean or lakes, or “Felt Cute, Will Delete Later,” which will exhibit the selfies you snapped during the year.
Snapchat is also exposing how people spent their year on the site in addition to publishing the recaps. For example, Snapchat announced that the top sites photographed in Snaps this year were the Dubai Mall, Magic Kingdom Park, the Eiffel Tower, Times Square, and Fenway Park.
This year, Snapchat witnessed hot snaps on numerous occasions, including Valentine’s Day, the back-to-school season, Halloween, and spring fashion. Furthermore, Snapchat reported that some of its best lenses of the year were Baby Cheeks, Anime AI, AI Universe, Sibling, and Goofy Gaze.
Because of the enormous success of Spotify’s annual Wrapped experience, end-of-year summaries have grown in popularity. Snapchat’s summary comes as a slew of other sites, including Apple Music, YouTube, and Reddit, debuted their own end-of-year retrospective features this month.
When your Snapchat recap is complete, you will be able to view it in the Snapchat app’s Memories area. Like other recap options, you may select to share your year-end narrative with others or store it to view later.
Because Snapchat says the recap will be available tomorrow, it’s probable that not everyone may receive theirs right now.
