SingleInterface raises $30M to help more companies get online.

SingleInterface, a Singaporean SaaS startup that helps offline businesses grow revenue online, raised $30 million in its first external fundraising round to expand internationally and improve products for global brands.

Businesses in large areas like the U.S., Asia, and Europe are still offline, but they are using internet marketing to attract more consumers and boost income. The rising global internet user base is the main factor. ITU estimates that 5.4 billion people, or 67% of the globe, are online. This represents 4.7% growth from 2022. The UN agency predicts a steady decline in the global offline population to 2.6 billion in 2023.

But finding a one-stop solution for going online is hard. Some companies aid in website construction, while others aid in search engine optimization. Some solutions are sector-specific. SingleInterface addresses that challenge by providing a variety of solutions to multi-location food and beverage, retail, and automotive businesses.

Over 400 multi-location firms in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East use the startup to manage their digital presence. It helps companies increase consumer interaction online, improve search engine and map listings, manage feedback and web reviews, and construct websites with SEO management, providing information for each company location. The firm utilizes AI to help corporations digitize thousands of storefronts at once.

Tarun Sobhani, co-founder and CEO of SingleInterface, told Eltrys that its solutions boost income by 15–20%.

Because creating thousands of marketing plans for thousands of storefronts is difficult, enabling storefront marketing tactics is tiresome for brands. “AI automation helps each store improve its marketing ROI,” he stated in an interview.

SingleInterface lets companies develop comprehensive store-level websites, operate localized offers and events, and connect using WhatsApp, Facebook, and Google Business Messages. The company helps multi-location companies discover why certain locations have low ratings and others have four- or five-star evaluations. This allows you to conduct online ads for several regions from a single source and optimize them for local competition, market characteristics, and business hours.

KFC, Pizza Hut, Nissan, Apollo Tyres, HDFC Bank, TVS Motors, Tata Group, Reliance Group, Aditya Birla Group, and Bajaj Group are among SingleInterface’s clients. Scaling up in Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East is its goal.

Singapore’s Asia Partners led the all-equity financing, which PayPal Ventures joined. Sobhani told Eltrys the business would utilize the fresh cash to expand geographically, invest in its products, and improve the customer experience.

Bootstrapping SingleInterface before the new round. Sobhani and Smile Group founder Harish Bahl formed the business in 2015. Sobhani stated that it began selling tools in 2017.

SingleInterface has 235 employees, most of them Indian, with its development center in New Delhi. To expand in Asia-Pacific, Sobhani stated the business would hire numerous individuals.

Our partnership with Tarun, Harish, and the SingleInterface team to help their development in India and beyond is exciting. SingleInterface has built a strong reputation in the region for integrating offline and online customer journeys to drive growth for physical retail locations, according to Oliver Rippel, co-founder of Asia Partners.
