Todoist introduces team workspaces.

People like your friends, family, and colleagues use Todoist to track their personal and professional tasks since it has over 30 million users. However, Todoist has never been a popular office project management application.

Advanced task tracking and project management software like Asana, Monday, and Atlassian dominate business markets. Todoist keeps going with a new work management tool. In beta, almost 5,000 teams tried this new capability. The corporation distributed it to everyone today.

Todoist targets SMBs, unlike its rivals. Doist, the company behind Todoist, utilizes it with 100 employees across 35 countries.

Todoist’s team workspaces mimic Notion. Joining a company includes its workplace and resources. New Todoist users will see this workspace as a second workspace distinct from their tasks and projects.

Team projects mirror Slack channels. Anyone may join, or only workers can view them. Folders arrange projects.

All Todoist team features and tasks are listed for each project. Comment on tasks, upload files, and see project or team member activity.

Todoist now produces unique URLs for tasks, projects, sections, and comments for sharing on other sites.

Users may now arrange Todoist jobs by today or tomorrow. Or they might focus on business or personal duties. Other productivity apps require switching workspaces to obtain critical information.

Individuals seeking greater capability may subscribe to Todoist for free or $4 per month. Monthly team workspace business subscriptions cost $6 per person.

Todoist didn’t want to modify anything for its millions of users. If your company doesn’t accept Todoist’s new team workspace, nothing will change.
