Why it varies
Why the questions vary by sector
The four measures and all four models stay the same. Only the questions change, for three reasons.
The vocabulary is not the same
Customers do not use the name you use. They write „a broken tooth”, not „prosthetic rehabilitation”. The questions are built from the customer's words, because those are the words typed into the conversation.
Geography enters, or it does not
A hotel is searched for by destination, a lawyer by city, a clinic often simply by country, „in Albania”, when the patient is from abroad. That changes both the questions and who you are compared against.
The horizon of the decision
A room is chosen in minutes, a school over weeks. The longer the decision, the more comparison questions there are, and the more weight tone and accuracy carry rather than the mention alone.
