An informational site about the services of Eltrys. There are no payments and no subscriptions here; client accounts live in the platform. Every engagement arises from a separate written agreement, not from use of this site.

We guarantee the contracted work and document it with proof of every change: the analysis, the evidence, the monitoring, the recommendations, the basic implementation included at the chosen tier, and the reporting.

We do not guarantee a position, a particular mention or a timeframe within which the result changes, because the answer is formed by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and nobody controls those systems. Anyone promising control over them is not telling the truth.

Eltrys is not an SEO agency. AI Optimisation prepares concrete changes to the public information about your business, not search tactics, and implements the basic ones once you approve them.

Answers from AI systems vary between repetitions, between devices and over time. Where the service provides for it, each question is repeated within the same assessment and the variance is reported alongside the result. How many repetitions there are depends on the service, and it is stated on delivery.

An assessment is a photograph of a moment, not a forecast. A later result can change without anything changing on your side.

An engagement starts with a written agreement. The first three months are a minimum commitment and are billed month by month. Or you can choose the full year in advance, with two months included.

After the third month the engagement continues month by month and you can stop it at the end of any paid month. A month already begun is not refunded.

At the close of the first quarter there is a review of what was assessed, implemented and verified up to that point. In the sixth month there is the full review, and that is where you decide whether the engagement continues.

No change is implemented without your approval. The proposal comes by email, you answer yes or no, and only what you approved is implemented.

The assessment is performed entirely from the outside and needs no passwords and no access to your systems. Implementation is different: it uses the access you grant, and only for the changes you approved.

Every package includes one primary language, which you choose. Albanian is not mandatory.

Additional languages are quoted separately and enter the written agreement rather than the base package. The same holds for a second market: different markets are different assessments.

The material delivered (the results, the raw answers, the reading and the recommendations) is yours and you may use it as you wish inside your organisation.

The method, the questions used and the way the score is calculated remain the property of Eltrys. Publishing them as your own work is not permitted.

All the figures, names and answers shown as examples on this site are illustrative. The business names are placeholders in brackets, such as [Clinic A], and do not represent real clients. When we have a real assessment that can be published, it will be marked as such.

The commercial decisions you take after an assessment are your own. Eltrys is responsible for the accuracy of the assessment and for the transparency of the method, not for the business results that follow.
