Before we touch anything we email you what is proposed and why. You answer yes or no. Without your answer nothing is published.

The first cycle is 3 months and closes with a review showing what was published and what changed. Monitoring is included at no additional charge inside every active tier.
The engagement starts with three months and is billed month by month. Or choose the full year in advance, with two months included. After the third month you continue month by month and can stop at the end of any paid month.

After every change we reassess and check whether it showed up in your presence in AI. The results feed the plan for the following month.

The limits
The work is guaranteed and documented. The result is formed by a third party system, so there is one thing nobody can honestly promise.
We do not promise a particular place in an answer, nor the date it changes. The model forms the answer, not us.
The Audit reports everything it finds. Your chosen tier decides how much work is implemented each quarter, and in what order.
Every change arrives as a proposal by email. Only what you approve is implemented, and nothing else.
We do not publish on our own initiative and we do not touch your assets beyond what you have approved.
Questions
Yes. Optimisation works from the findings and priorities the Audit produces. Without them we would be acting on guesswork, which is precisely what this service exists not to do.
Only what you grant, and only for the changes you have approved. Assessment needs no access at all; implementation does.
We do. ELTRYS implements the basic changes included in your tier once you say yes. Your team does not have to do it.
After the third month, yes, at the end of any paid month. A month already begun is not refunded.
