How data is handled

Only what you type into the forms on this site.

On the analysis form: the business name, the website, the category, what the business does, the country, the city, the primary language, the services, who your business serves and the email address. Optional are another market and any competitors you know of.

On the agency form the fields are different and fewer: the agency name, the website, the country, the city, the kind of clients you have and the email address. We do not ask for client names.

When the form is opened from an agency link, an Interest field is also sent, with the value Agency partnership. When it is opened from a tier on the pricing page, a Chosen tier field is also sent. Both are shown already filled in, and neither asks anything new of you.

Nothing else. We do not ask for a personal name, a telephone number, a postal address or payment details, because nothing is sold from this site.

In the site assistant we collect only the question you write. To answer it, the question is sent to an AI model provider together with this site's public content. We do not keep the conversation and we do not link it to you. What the provider keeps is governed by its own terms. Do not write personal data, or your clients' data, there. If you want to give Eltrys information about your business, do it through the form.

When the form is opened from an invitation for an analysis at no charge, the Invitation field is sent as well, carrying the invitation code we sent you. That code holds no data about you; it exists only so we recognise the invitation and it is not used twice.

To understand the company and the market where the analysis is carried out, and to continue the conversation you began. It is not used for campaigns, it is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold.

If you become a client, for as long as the relationship lasts. If not, for up to twelve months. In either case we delete it within thirty days if you ask us to.

Your data is not sold and is not given to anyone for advertising. It passes only through two technical services that keep the site running:

Vercel: hosts the site and stores technical request logs, such as the IP address, for security and operation. Resend: sends the email the contact form produces.

This site sets no tracking cookies and carries no analytics tool. That is why there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. An email to info@eltrys.com is enough; we reply within thirty days.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no hidden earlier version: the current text is the only one in force.
